Introduction Into Who We Are
The Nonya Properties Group, and its associated companies,
is a proudly South African property investment company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. The management team headed by founder Jonathan Wolpe have been involved in all aspects of the property industry since 2002. The Nonya Properties Group was established in 2009.
Our portfolio consists of the acquisition and development of
a wide variety of commercial properties. These include retail centres, petrol stations, residential developments, schools, student accommodation and hotels in suburban and rural areas across South Africa. The group has also invested offshore in the U.S.A Multi family residential sector with significant acquisitions in Atlanta, Georgia.
The core focus of the company has been developing and acquiring neighbourhood convenience strip malls in townships throughout South Africa.
This is done with the intention of servicing the convenience shopping needs of township residents thereby alleviating the need to travel to further regional centres. Petrol Stations has also been a recent focus of Nonya with a number of successful transactions to date.
Nonya Properties is proud to be able to assist in the gentrification and development of the South African townships. With a proven track record and focus on job creation as well as social enhancement, Nonya properties hires local labour for the construction and management of new centres.
